Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 days of order receipt.
Shipments or deliveries occur may not occur weekends or holidays.
If Kwick Strike is experiencing a high volume of orders, Purchasers should expect a delay of 1 week Any changes will be communicated to Purchaser via the e-mail address or phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated according to UPS rates and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the product you are ordering.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Kwick Strike does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO at this time.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Purchasers will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately upon Checkout.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Kwick Strike, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the Purchaser (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Kwick Strike is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support page directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Kwick Strike does not ship outside the United States at this time.
Returns Policy
Kwick Strike does not accept returns. However, will replace the product if the Purchaser submits a valid warranty claim in accordance with our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
